- Who owns the Property?
- The property is owned by Oaky Woods Properties, LLC. and is leased to the Oaky Woods Family Hunting Club, LLC.

- How long has the club been in existense?
- The previously established Oaky Woods Hunting Club LLC has sold all club assets to Oaky Woods Family Hunting Club (OWFHC) Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) – hereafter referred to as “OWFHC LLC”. Current 2010/2011 members Ben Mygrant and Laura Mygrant have incorporated and formed the small business LLC and have negotiated a lease agreement for the 2011/2012 season with the land owner – Mr. Charles Ayer. The business is registered with the State of Georgia and is titled “Oaky Woods Family Hunting Club LLC”. Over the years, the club has continued to be a place for hunters, but has also become a place for family hunting recreation and fun. Today, members enjoy hunting, camping in designated areas, and practicing sound wildlife management that can be enjoyed with their families outdoors.

- How do I arrange for a tour of the property?

- Does the club allow the use of ATVs, "four-wheelers", or any other off-ride vehicles?
- Oaky Woods Family Hunting Club is first and foremost a hunting club. The use of ATVs, "four-wheelers" or any other off-road vehicles is prohibited except as defined within the club rules. Oaky Woods Family Hunting Club does NOT allow joy-riding at any time.
- Does the club allow hunting with dogs?
- Oaky Woods Family Hunting Club does not allow hunting of any wildlife or game animal with dogs. Similarly, hunting feral hogs with dogs is not allowed.
- What is required of members?
- Members are asked to volunteer time every year to work with other members in the maintenance of club roads, food plots, and trails. The only other requirement is to have FUN!

- What is the cost of membership?
- Annual dues are $1,000 to include you and your immediate family, parents over 60 and children still in school. A yearly membership costs less than most vacations and gives you a full year of access to the beautiful Oaky Woods wildlife area within the boundaries of our lease agreement. - What type of wildlife is seen on the property?
- There are deer, bear, hogs, turkey and many other varmints spotted regularly on the property. Be sure to check out some of the "Game Cam" photos in our Photos & Videos gallery!
